How to add a patent to your account.

Overview
UK and European Patent Office

It’s incredibly simple to add a UK patent or EPO patent application to the RenewalsDesk service for renewal. Simply enter the patent’s Application Number or Publication Number and the patent data will automatically be retrieved. Key details are matched against live data from the patent offices. The next renewal fee and the payment window are calculated and displayed instantly.

Other Top Tier Patent Holding Countries

To renew a patent from one of the other top tier countries, enter as many details as possible. If you enter sufficient details, RenewalsDesk will instantly display the next renewal fee and payment window. If you have limited information, you will be able to save the patent and the details will be retrieved by RenewalsDesk, usually in 1 working day.

Data entry for some of these countries will be automated in the coming months. To request updates on this, contact care@renewalsdesk.com.

Patents from the following countries are processed in this way:

  • United States
  • Canada
  • Australia
