To sign up, visit www.renewalsdesk.com/sign-up/, enter your name and your email address. You’ll then be sent an email to the address you gave. You must click through the link provided on this email in order to set a password and complete sign up.

If you’ve already signed, up go to the sign in screen: www.renewalsdesk.com/sign-in/.
You can also use this screen to reset your password if you have forgotten it.
