RenewalsDesk uses the terminology patent renewal to refer to the process of paying regular patent renewal fees to a patent office in order to maintain the intellectual property rights conferred by that patent being in force.
Around the world, patent offices use different terminology. When RenewalsDesk renews patents, this is the same as saying that we will pay patent annuities, pay patent maintenance fees, or pay patent continuation fees.
